Matthew from work invited us to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens the other weekend. They have little boy, Grayson who is a bit older than Mia and are expecting their second in November. It was our first trip to the Gardens even though we used to live right around the corner for nearly seven years...probably because they don't allow dogs and it cost 10 bucks to get in.... We were pleasantly surprised though, it is quite nice and a great place to go with the little ones, as dozens of parents and grandparents were there with swarms of the little vermin. Mia had a great time.

Pumkinville
Well we didn't make it to the Crab Carnival as planned, turns out Shaunalee was worried she would see live crabs being snuffed out in giant pots of boiling water so we went to Pumpkinville instead. Mia had tons of fun roaming around all the pumpkins and ghords and mean old Daddy made her cry with a scary elephant mask (I didn't realize she was already scared from the Edgar Allen Poe statue). Oh well, hopefully no nightmares were created....

Mia and My Laptop and Our New Home
The little rugrat got up on the orange chair and somehow figured out how to play the videos of herself on YouTube. She was so proud...My font is still messed up...
At the Tot Lot with her new friend Colton. She kissed him goodbye, right smack on the lips...Let's hope this isn't a foreshadow of things to come...
She is approaching her first kitty cat. Let's hope that neighborhood cats will do...she has suddenly become fascinated with cats and says meow all the time now.
And some pics of our new home for Bobbie & Mark, there's plenty of room for a visit anytime! No mountains or canyons, but lot's of water and history right nearby!
Click to see my bike route to work You can view a fly-by as well.
My beautiful and sweet wife, she cut the grass so I could spend time with my little Mia.
A view out the back gate. The yard goes back another 50ft or so and backs up to wooded open space with a creek and some trails. It's full of deer and other critters that keep Kye on constant alert. She almost caught a bunny rabbit one night real late. One of the most blood curdling sounds I've ever heard...Who would of thunk it?

Our kitchen with my 2 best pals, (especially when there is a roast chicken in the room). Below is the family room which opens into the kitchen.
